It depends on the company, but it actually pays pretty well on average. The industry here in the UK is booming but competitive

Damn, I wish I were older... and could script AS3... Oh well, there's always another chance right? Even if not, I'm gonna learn C++ at some point, and that should open a few doors. Hope you get someone good in there!
If I were older, had some work under my belt, and lived in the UK (or you paid for my ticket :P) I'd join. That's a big if for me having all that though. Oh, and how's TSAH3 going? I haven't seen many updates on that recently.
