There's something about Halo 3 will most definately be a smash hit.

You're selecting people based on character models? What about humor? Animating talent? Story-telling and parody abilities?
It almost seems like you just want to make TSAH3 for the sake of making it, as anything with MasterChief properly drawn in it will become a major success.
Also, the assuming of the series without even checking with Ross first is kinda lame.
